Just Posted! Cat Buttons

Metal Buttons
After years of stashing, Liz has sorted out our metal buttons. We were able to combine all sorts of collections and buys create sets of buttons that wouldn’t be available otherwise. Some are fabulous, some are utilitarian, and all are vintage and ready for whatever you need.

Bird Button - Metal
The buttons are really unusual. There are a number of buttons that we just haven’t seen before. Some we have read about, others are a complete surprise. The button to the left is a bird twinkle. But there are so many more that were delightful surprises. Watch for new posts in metals, mother of pearl, Bakelite, hump shank and gay 90s.
A tub full of wonderful finds: Lots of Glass,Colts, Early Plastics, Rhinestones and Mother of Pearl
The majority of the collection was taken out of old containers and put in a giant storage tub. Can you imagine getting to sort through thousands of vintage and antique buttons. It was so much fun except taking threads off of buttons! It took me two weeks and am now in the process of sorting by material.
Metalized Plastics
Take a look at our selection of new-old-stock metalized plastic. Fun, beautiful, washable and drycleanable. These buttons date to 1972 and are in excellent condition.
Norwegian Pewter
Directly from Norway, see our wonderful selection of Norwegian Pewter. These buttons will outlive the sweater. Perfect on hats and mittens.
