This interesting vintage new-old-stock button mimics the weave of early deathhead buttons woven by tailors in France in the 1700's. Button was in inventory in a button shop in Montreal that closed in 1972.  Button measures  1 3/8" diameter, 5/8" high and has a woven shank.  Multiples available.
